Christchurch Computer Centre offers full Virtual IT Help Desk facilities for your business. Either as part of your IT support contract or included as part of our Server and Workstation installation packages, you will be able to access our IT Support Helpdesk.
Our helpdesk is manned Monday to Friday 0900 - 1730 with after hours support by email. Our support technicians can guide you through your problem and even access your systems remotely to solve your problems quickly and efficiently without the need for an engineering callout.
Our remote support systems are completely secure and allow remote intervention by our Support Engineers to fix problems as they arise, reducing any potential downtime.
Telephone and Remote Support services are available as Add-on Modules to all our support contracts. Contact your Account Manager for more details.
