Upgrades & Repair Centre Christchurch Computer Centre are able to offer a complete upgrade/repair service for most makes of computer systems & laptops.
CCC have a dedicated team that already have the reputation of offering a speedy professional service, whether you need a repair, an upgrade or your computer system and/or software needs a general overhaul.
All systems are booked into the numbered queuing system. The minimum engineering labour charge is £45.00 + vat, increasing in price dependent on components, type of components and labour time spent. Please bear in mind that whilst a repair/upgrade is being performed it is sometimes necessary to replace existing components that are also found to be faulty or due to the make of your system, additional components are necessary. For this reason absolute pricing cannot be guaranteed until the upgrade/repair is completed.
It should also be noted that as soon as a item enters the engineering department, it will be subject a a minimum administrative charge of £25.00 + vat ~ i.e. even if an item cannot be repaired, for evaluation purposes and also insurance assessment.
Turnaround times can vary, however, you should allow approximately 3 days to avoid disappointment. When you item is booked into the system you will be advised of the current situation. As soon as your item is ready to collect you will be contacted.
All machines will be booted up on arrival and departure.
